I am so happy to represent a company with such a great cause. Many of you know about the Younique Foundation where victims of Sexual abuse get to go away on a retreat in Utah for healing and support but have you seen the customer Kudos for August? We started a campaign called defend innocence. We would like to raise awareness and educate parents and caregivers to protect their children from childhood sexual abuse. We have to start by educating ourselves and our children and then anyone who will listen.
Did you know that 1 in 4 girls and 1 in 6 boys will be sexually abused before the age of 18? Did you know that 90% of all children are abused by someone that they know? Did you know that sexual abuse is rarely reported and often swept under the rug?

Created this simple look for a lazy summer day! You can’t really see my outfit but I am wearing leggings and totally prepared to be lazy today. But I still look good enough should I have to venture out to go play Pokemon. Yep!, Hubby and I are addicted to the silly little game. We try to make time to hunt at least 2-3 times a week. Emily joins in on the fun sometimes. I think I am pretty much ready for next week. I have been dreading it. Emily starts high school and I am not sure how to feel about that. But she has her new clothes and some new school supplies and she seems excited. I really am trying to be excited with her. It is hard! LOL
